Welcome to Body/Image/Object (BIO) the Workshop! BIO Workshops combine movement, meditation, embodied listening and auto-biographical art making to to help you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin, learn how to move emotion through your body in constructive ways, and create works of art that reflect who you are and who you wish to be.
You will learn:
- the art of listening to yourself and others with love
- how to feel grounded and confident in your body right now
- emotional embodiment techniques
- basic body casting with plaster
- 3D collage techniques for autobiographical art making
All of this and the chance to meet other women with similar interests. Women who want to create communities based on love, respect, and mutual support. Join me for this two day event to connect more deeply with yourself and others and let your creativity flow and flourish.
